Hi,
We are looking for developers to join our team for some current projects and with the possibility of longterm work.
At the moment we have 3 projects that need taking care of.
1. modx / php / nginx fairly limited scope, some work with external apis
2. Python / Satchmo reimplementation of an existing ecommerce site.
3. php / HR-XML / external apis
While we would prefer someone who is already a top notch developer we realize this is not always possible, it is far more important to us that you are willing to learn, that you don't have 5 projects you are trying to do at once, and that you are upfront and honest.
We strive for a friendly, positive working environment where we help each other get the job done.
We don't care if you are Male, Female, Gender Reassigned, Indian, Russian, Danish, American or Eskimo, as long as you have the ability to read and internalize documentation and think independently.
The right person can expect fair and prompt payment and lots of truly interesting projects to come.

We prefer individual freelancers, but if you are a team or company and you wish to bid on this please understand that we will need direct access to the programmers doing the actual work and that the person(s) you allocate will have to be dedicated to these projects for the duration.

Ability to work in Non-windows environments, we don't care if you prefer FreeBSD, OpenBSD, QNX, Debian, Arch or Darwin, but being reasonably conversant in a non-windows OS and able to use it as your development environment is a must.
