OAuth Setup for Hosted App on Chrome Web Store

We have recently released a hosted app on the chrome web store & we are having a hard time getting oauth to work. Here is a page explaining how it should go: [url removed, login to view]

We implemented an [url removed, login to view] file & a [url removed, login to view] file to try and accomplish the following functionality:

A user purchases the app &when the app is accessed again, it checks to make sure the user has paid for the app before being able to play it. We have the popup login working & they can't see the app until they login to their google account, however, once logged in with any google account, the game is playable. Instead, it should check if the user has purchased the app & only then can they play it.

In the dev dashboard, there is a link to oauth setup where you can request the token & secret, but the secret field is blank. We could provide server access to the hosted app as well as dev dashboard access.

We are looking for someone familiar/experienced with OAuth Setup on a hosted app in the Chrome Web Store.
