OpenGTS and OPENDMTP

Looking for someone to install and configure:

OPENGTS

OPENDMTP

and a mobile client (android, iphone, blackberry)

use for live tracking, historical tracking, group tracking with public map server.

The system will have three main components
1- the web based interface for users, group admins and administrators (for user/device registration and management and data/map display)
2 the capture module (for receiving and archiving all data received from all devices).
3- basic mobile client (Windows CE, Android phone, Android tablets, Iphone, ipad, Blackberry)

General features will be:
--User Level with setting permissions (roles, like some features or permission to see some devices…)
- Google Maps, and others
- Geo Fencing, Geo Coding and Reverse Geo Coding
- Set Alerts on events by email. or multiple emails.
- alert for speeding, leaving/entrance geofence or no motion for a customize time frame
- live tracking of selected devices/replay and save to KML or google earth
- track history of selected devices
- stop points, parking points, direction points
- ability to compare driven track, and from/to path on map
- availability of maps functions (like search, satellite...)
- Calculating the odometer with the gps
- Customisable reports (.pdf, .html), with export to excel …or kml to replay breadcrumb
- Ability to use a number of devices with different agreed communications protocols
- GPRS Sending of data from device to server and SMS comands to send to device
- Easy maintenance (separation of logic from presentation).
- Save histories, and routes.
- multiple geofences (PointRadius / Polygon-multiples points)
- admin and customer panel, live group display or.
- english only.
- automatic sending of per day selected reports to users at the scheduled time.
- Linux or Windows environment

We will need source code for the entire project (Required).


I accept suggestions. requirements will be discussed. GPSGate and OpenGTS products can be used as reference.

Escrow will be done once the device will connect and start test only.While handover we need all documentations and code.

BID only who have working demo with permissions,so i need to trace my device in your demo.
