I just installed osticket and need a few modifications on a new clean install.
1. Add a email confirmation (95% already done) ie make sure the customer enters in the correct email addess into both boxes
2. When tickets are assigned, we need an email sent to the staff member
3. Add a Ticket status to the staff side, so I can view each the status of each ticket from the main menu. ie (waiting on Customer, waiting on Staff). This status is not to be shown on client side.
