osTicket Support help - Setup up Autoemails, etc.

I need some basic help getting the osTicket ticketing system set up on my site. You can learn more about os ticket here: [url removed, login to view] I have already installed osTicket on my site; I simply need the emails set up. In particular I need to set up an email that will receive an alert everytime a new ticket is created. The user should also receive an email when a ticket is created.

The support staff should be able to update the tickets from within the osTicket backend and then an email will be sent to the customer whenever there is a response. The customer should be able to do the same and the support staff will receive an alert when a new response is received from the customer.

The may require a cron job, I'm not sure. I can provide all the login details needed to complete the job. This should be very simple for someone who knows what they are doing.
