We have an iPhone app that works!..
Our problem is that we need clients to sign up to use our product!
So what we are looking for is basically a 'sign-up' process to integrate with our system.
- Product is a service that clients will pay for every month
- There are 3 levels of package
- The system must work with our current system (so when details are changed, they are changed in our system too)
It looks like this system must modify our current system we are using..
Currently the process is:
- Create client in Admin panel
- Assign package there (we've called it 'tier')
- Enter all data (basic data there - some MUST be done by admin but other data could be done by client)
- Provide the client with a username and password
- Give them URL to access service
We need this system to be MUCH easier and work well with getting many clients on board.
What we want to do:
Run email campaign giving them access to the app for FREE (for the first month).
We have ALREADY entered many of the possible client's information..BUT their information will be 'removed' (marked inactive) if they don't take up this 'FREE' offer.
This new system will capture their payment details and give them their username and password to access the service and start using it for their business!
(This system must perform the 'transaction' so for the different packages, take the money from their account- We would like to use Pay-pal for ecommerce)..
- We have already entered details of many clients and it would not help if the clients created their own login (i.e. creating new account from this page would not work- but we need to do this with clients who are not entered in the system!)
Many of these additions must be added to the current system under a 'my account' section:
- we need to provide clients with a way to get out of 'deal' in the client page
- client needs to be able to change to a different 'tier' (package) if they want
We must be able to track:
- who cancels their membership -email sent to admin- (this also must mark the client as 'inactive' in the panel
- when there is a change of tier created by the client (this must happen in the system)
There are other specific payment related details such as:
The client will be charged to the end of the month with the chosen package and the 'newly' chosen package will take effect from the next month.
- System to change package when they choose a different package
- Send receipts to the clients when $ is taken
