We are a new company specializing in games and animation for pediatric patient education. Our December 2010 marketing plan includes an animated holiday card that will allow our clients (doctors) to to upload a image, add a personalized greeting and send to their clients.
We will produce the animated card and the GUI. We need a Developer to create the back-end functionality that allows users to upload an image, add a personalized greeting and e-mail to multiple recipients at one time.
Project must be complete by December 10, 2010.

So you provide design, do you provide frontend of the flash application? I can make it done with php+mysql+flash. Does card need to be send in email as an attachment, or is link to web site ok?
