PHP/SQL/CSS/XML Bi-Lignual professional needed

We need a Bi-Lingual (English-Russian) PHP/SQL/CSS/XML/AJAX/JS professional to work on already developed “live” web site. The web site needs some tweaks and add-ons, and, most important, is should be 100% localized for the Russian market. This job is relatively small right now, but it could lead to the serious permanent job. If you don’t speak/understand Russian, please do not bid!
