Redesign & Code/Integrate Header, Menus and Footer

[login to view URL] lets individuals and businesses hire local contractors such as roofers, painters, remodeling, landscapers, mechanics, beauticians, and remote professionals including freelance programmers, web developers, data entry & more. iLanceJobs needs both a designer and programmer to redesign and to code/integrate iLanceJob's page Header, Menus and Footer as follows: 1. Header. Links on the header will be different for anonymous user and authenticated user. Search box for projects and members is also on this header bar. Please attached image. 2. Replace current menu bar with improved design that does not stretch. 3. Move "About iLanceJobs..." to footer area and replace with jQuery AJAX slide show that provides information to users to help understand things they can do on the site. The slides should be clickable. The "Post your job for FREE!..." call to action box should retain its purpose but be free to reconsider design. 4. The footer will include in the order provided (a) a doormat; (b) the text "About iLanceJobs" that is currently above the jobs/projects tables should be brought down into the footer area below the doormat; and (c) Copyright notices and footer menu links. Page background will remain white but you have freedom with all other color choices. Both designers and programmers are encouraged to bid for this project. Preference is given to teams that can implement their own design though this is not a requirement. Thank you
