Existing website built using PHP and CSS with some javascipt has problems being loaded in IE (particularly IE6 & IE7).
Currently when attempting to load [url removed, login to view] in earlier versions of IE, there is a large pause (up to 30-40 seconds) before the page eventually loads and shows on screen.
In addition to this, there are various formatting differences between Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers that need to be resolved on our homepage.
We need a PHP and CSS expert to assess the current code, resolve this issue, the formatting differences, and also implement any improvements to increase loading time of the homepage in all browsers.
Examples of current work, and also ability to work with SVN would be required as other development is also underway in our site.
Details of the current issues that need to be resolved are included in the attached document.
