Ok! here is a rephrase to what i previously listed
Am looking to create a classifieds search and listing website, this website has very simple structure and user friendly interface.
The front end is very basic and visually driven. Back end is also simple to crack but need to be customized so Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress is not an option.
CMS panel need to be created to fit with the overall maintenance requirements.
Please show me real work, this project is a start only so whoever lucky winner can be fully contracted to create more applications.
