Small business management application
Purpose: on-line & real-time visualisation of the clients, agents, payment, sales situation.
1. Clients: contact & business info, notes (with different degree of access based on the credentials of the user), quick view of the relation with the client and payment history
2. Agents: list of agents and the clients corresponding to each of them
3. Media product: list of the media product/support available and the list of prices for each of them (based of the categories, position, dimension and so on)
4. Documents: elaborating invoice, pre-invoice (quote) form, reports about payments and general situation ...
5. Contracts: list of all contracts (running or closed) with all their details
6. Administration section: user creation with four levels of access (superadmin, agent, secretary, guest), contact info of the users, application security
Required: filtering, sorting, exporting (doc, excel, pdf) and printing options; user operation log (all over the app); graphical presentation of the contracts (calendar: starting, ending, value, editions and so on)
