Sports Box Pool for joomla

I would like a football box pool type of script / Joomla Extension, that I can install on a Joomla Site. I would like Integration with Joomla user accounts so users can keep track of the pools that they entered or created. Requested Functionality: Ability for users to create pools and customize certain information such as payout info, vertical and horizontal labels, and Pool Name. A Random number Generator that will complete the number selection process automatically when the pool is filled. Ability for users to select there box in the pool after getting approved by the pool admin. Basically what I want is a replica of what is done at: [login to view URL] I want people to be able to sign in and view there pools and have a listing of their pool numbers and stuff. The Pool admin should have the ability to submit final scores so a winner can be chosen and the pool can be closed. The pool will remain open for viewing until the admin closes it.
