Talented LAMP developer

I'm looking for a US based developer to join our team full-time.

We operate a social network that is ranked by Alexa at 50,000. We have a web farm of 4 servers that we'll eventually need to move to a colocation center. We're growing fast, and we're a profitable Web 2.0 startup.

This developer may eventually be the lead developer and CTO of the company - handling all technical aspects from the database optimization, to hardware scaling, to bug fixes, to new feature development.

You must be in the US, and preferably in Southern California, which is where the company is headquartered. You must have at least 5 years experience in web development. You must be familiar with technologies like Ajax, JSON, and LAMP. And you must be familiar with tools like SVN repository and Bugzilla.

Experience with a database-intensive web application is a must. We will need to rearchitect the database quite a bit as our userbase is growing exponentially.

Please attach a resume. In your bid, let me know which city and state you're from. All non-US bidders will be automatically removed, so please don't bother if you're not in the states. Please expect a phone call and thorough interview process. If you have a LinkedIn profile, please point me to it.
