As mentioned in the title i am looking for a website script which is similar like [url removed, login to view]

Its a twitter train script that adds follower automatically have have both free and paid versions,
there are such scripts on sale at various places but i need some modifications in my script. Here ar he features i m looking for:
1)Admin panel where i can import the csv file with thousand's of twitter accounts say 10 thousand accounts
2)The script should be able to login to each of those accounts are then authorize the twitter app via oauth .
3)the Idea is to make those 10k accounts to follow each other slowly before i make my website live.
4) once the all the self following is done and the website is live ,the script function will be just like hitfollow.info. i.e users gets a free offer to input their account and get some 100 followers for free intrun of following our previous 100 accounts AUTOMATICALLY . Just like hitfollow
5)Coding should be neat and and documented as i intend to use the script for further modification later
PLEASE DONT BID WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE PROJECT COMPLETELY and without looking at the hitfollow script .
