We already hired an individual for this job two months ago. We ended up paying $1,700 and have been left with something that doesn't work at all, and we've got to start entirely from scratch. We only want highly competent & qualified individuals that can see this project through to the end.

I need a Web based application that can scrape & store data from quibids auctions in a database, as well as manipulate and display that data in tables. It's very likely that multiple databases will be needed, but I'll leave that up to you to decide what will work in the most fast & efficient manner.
