Wordpress template fixes

We have a Wordpress site in which all pages have a Custom Field that contains a URL (see attached image). We need the Page template to:

a) Concatenate the domain to create a fully qualified URL. For example from "#/commercial/GenworthGroup" to "[url removed, login to view]". This should be eaisly editable on the code by just editing a var, in case the domain changes eventually.

b) Display a DIV that covers the entire screen and shows the content of such URL.

The desired result is this: by going to "[url removed, login to view]" visitors should see the Flash version of "[url removed, login to view]" while the real HTML of the page remains under such DIV.

The goal is to have a static HTML website that Google can index, while maintaining the user experience of seeing the Flash version which in reality will just be overlaid via CSS.

Suggestions for a better approach are very welcome.
