Provide ability for clients to securely log into a secure account area
Client access will integrate with 3rd party APIs for uploading, management, and reporting of online video delivery assets.
Will interface with multiple analytics APIs for automated account billing and monthly reports generation
Client portal will also give client access to project history in addition to online video streaming assets. This will not be intended as a project management interface, but will be more of a high level project description and billing management (Project Description, PO, Invoice, Terms, Payment History and Payment Processing). This will be for the following types of projects and services:
Duplication Projects – for duplication projects, clients should also be able to upload project artwork and disc image files.
DVD and Blu-ray Authoring Projects
Video Production Projects
Professional Services – custom player and online video development
Clients will be able to request a new project or quote from within the Client Portal
Portal needs to be modular in nature so that a user may or may not have access to online video streaming management module.
Creation of a time-limited trial account
Provide ability for new users to create a trial account for video and audio streaming services. Trial account will be time-limited and caps will be set on available delivery bandwidth and storage.
Credit card will not be required to create a new account, but user can unlock full account and remove trial limitations at any time by providing credit card billing info.
New users must agree to site terms and conditions before starting trial account.

Provide a Project Request button with prominent placement on all pages of site. Clicking button takes prospect to a clean and intuitive page with a form to capture relevant information. Once form is submitted, an auto-reply is sent which includes the details of the project request along with a greeting. The auto-reply needs to be dynamic so that different reply content is sent for new or existing clients, and different copy depending on the type of project requested.
Support Portal – We would like access to support to be included as a part of the client portal, fully integrated into the the client's website. We would like to integrate Zendesk as the support solution, but again, fully integrated into a single sign-on experience for my customers.
