Need to fix Joomla menu ASAP. possible PHP version or CSS issue

Menu options disappeared from the front page and from administration.

I know they are in the DB but something else is causing them not to be

displayed. Also selection checkboxes on web links and articles administration are missing.

There were no changes on Joomla admin side. I think it is related to PHP version but my host says there were no upgrades.

I can make menu appear on website if I change Menu Style - "List" changed to "Legacy vertical". But it is displayed with no CSS.

If I change it back menu on the website disappears again.

I need somebody online now to work with me and fix this issue.

Please don't bid if you can't be online now. 9:30 - 11:00 EST

I expect you to work with me online until this issue is resolved.

Thanks for your help.
