Linux Hacker?

Hi! Every week my Linux server goes down. With the TOP command it is showing **190 Tasks and 'Load Average' is 90**! I guess this is a hacker which is using a contact form or similar to send out spam. Possible another problem. **This is happening only 1-2 times a week. After restarting the server everything is fine. ** I am running Linux: fedora core 2 ( Open SOurce of Redhat) with Apache, DNS, Sendmail, PHP and qmail. I have root access to provide every log-file you need or even to install a watchdog. **If you are experienced with Linux you should find the problem easy and fast. ** Thanks in advance.
