Linux upgrade site level issue

There are total 4 domains infected different problem.

The OSCommerce admin page could not access on the new server.

The new admin page is blank when logged in . The main difference between the old server and the new server is php4 & php5. I have checked the site number or some related path issue, but it seems they are not the reason to lead the problem.

The Imagevuex admin panel is unable to upload the file.

The process show successfully to upload, but nothing has been uploaded to the destination folder.

It shows "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in /var/www/html/site/framework/[login to view URL] on line 61"
I have checked the database connection but nothing found.

Failed to migrate to the PHP5 server. Blank page as result.
