I need a predictive dialer. First it would query a pervasive SQL database via the LAN to get the details of all the patrons that would need early notifications of scheduled appointments. It would then call the patrons the day before their appointment to make them aware of the appointment. I would also like it to do it with confirmations. The patrons would be given the option to accept the appointment or cancel it. It should also be smart enough to detect answer machines and leave messages.
It would then create an email afterwards to notify the admin the results of the calls.
I would like all the call history to be maintained in a database on the PBX that the admin can log into and look back through the history of call records.
If the project would go well I would even like it to pull all patron records from the database to allow the admin to see all scheduled appointments coming up and allow for specific attributes to be set for the calling nature. Meaning allowing the system to set for time periods of when to call the patrons. To start it would be only done daily at a given time.. say 1800 and one additional time after that 30 minutes later to catch the patrons that were not notified.
Please give options to allow the admin to record specific greetings for when calling the patrons.
Here is an example of a call.
This is CALL A RIDE SERVICE calling to confirm your <12:00 appointment> on <November 15, 2011>. Your pick up time is <11:30 a.m>. Please press #1 to confirm or press #3 to cancel.
examples of the information that would be retrieved from the SQL database -- this should be done hourly up until the time that the dialing would take place.
DATE OF APPT. / CLIENT NAME / APPT. TIME / PICK UP TIME
I would like the ability to control how many concurrent calls are placed and how often the redials take place.
