restaurant ad site

php/mysql. no windows programming please I need a web site semilar to www.thebarfly-er.com. My customer is going to have a web site where restaurants can show a monthly ad or calander just like the site above. I want a control panel where she can upload an image that she creates. In the site referenced, they create the calander for the bars as a .jpg and then upload it via ftp. I want this site to work with the control panel. She should be able to add a restaurant in the control panel and have the code automatically generate the new page. when she adds a new business, it should automatically add the business to the home page semilar to how the bar fly-er is displayed. she should also be able to disable or remove a client as needed in her control panel. when she replaces the images from month to month, i want the old one deleted or copied over. you will have to do al of the work.
