Integrate AdvancedNewsletter into Magento Checkout

Budget $30-250 AUD

I have the Magento extension: Advanced Newsletter by AheadWorks: [url removed, login to view]

Problem is that this extension doesn't integrate into the checkout process.

I have included the checkboxes but the data doesn't save.

Need help integrating into the [url removed, login to view] checkout for new customers and logged in customers so that correct newsletter segments are saved against the subscriber during checkout
