I am in need of a fast and efficient programmer to develop a listing solution using the data from my inventory management software that was developed on top of an access database. Ideally it will be a program that I can run on my desktop that will interface with my database and upload to ebay using their lisitng api. The program must be fast and be able to handle thousands of products and can easily sort through them by using search and or filters such as name, category, price, date created etc. The program should also be able to download the status of the product on ebay as well as have the ability to end or revise a listing from the interface.
I imagine the program looking much like amazon's inventory management page or ebay's multiple edit page:
The main page will present me with a list of my products sorted by latest first with checkboxes next to each product to allow me to select which items I want to be uploaded. It should pre-populate the required ebay fields using data from the database and the description will be built from an html template that I designed. I should also be able to edit listing details such as name, price, qty, categories, shipping service etc, directly on the page. The top of the page will also have a search box with filters that will allow me to change the list of products using the criteria of my choosing ie status, category, manufacturer etc. After selecting the products, I should be able to click a submit button that will upload the products to ebay. The next page will show me the results of the upload.
The program should also schedule with some frequency updates from ebay to retrieve quantities, listing ids, active status etc so that I can use that to end or revise listings.
Further details and screenshots of how I would like the program will work will be provided at request
