A site that allows a user to specify a search term and price for an ebay item and they will be emailed when/if it becomes available.

User register, login, password retrival, account modify.

Functionality - User can specify search and price for item on ebay. Email notification when match. Only send email once!

Payment options - Pay Pal payment for x amount of saved searches. Example if user wants 10 saved searches in a year $X, 20 $X etc.
