get my ecommerce website live

I have a children’s products website I created in 2009. The website uses oscommerce and paypal payments pro. I sold the website in 2009. Now in 2013, I have bought the website and domain name back. The previous website owner helped me get most of the website up. I am looking to hire someone to do EVERYTHING necessary to get my ecommerce website up and running LIVE. This includes: Make a complete backup of the website BEFORE you begin work so that if you mess something up you can restore the website the oscommerce and paypal pro need to be fully tested to see if it is operational and customers can check out, their credit card is charged, and they get a confirmation email, etc. ALL TESTING to be done to ensure customers can create a customer account, make purchases, and login to that account in the future the oscommerce shipping needs to be configured to work with usps. I have an old client number I used in 2009, which is already populated in oscommerce. But I don’t know if a new account needs to be created or if the shipping module still works. Fix the menu bar on the shop page. It is aligned all the way to the left. The other pages menu bars look fine. I have an idea on how to fix it, but cannot implement it myself. Approximately 30 new products need to be added to the website. They are all the same product (stickers) but just different designs. I can’t get the pictures to look right. Once you figure out how to format the picture with the correct color background and size, it should be easy to do add the other 29. Just upload different pictures for each sticker and copy and paste text. Some products need to be made to look like they are “out of stock”. I don’t even know if this is possible. I want the product to be visible to buyers, but to say out of stock. I don’t want the product to be invisible. Ensure that SSL is installed correctly and on the correct pages of the website Install SSL site seal to my website to ensure customers feel safe making purchases on my website Set up email for website on the cpanel so customers can email me for customer service. Make sure email set up correctly so customers placing orders receive email. Have emailed forwarded from website to my personal yahoo email address Change all the “copyright 2007” on the bottom of the web pages to “copyright 2013”. Teach me how to do this myself for future reference Change some of the text on the “Terms and Conditions” page. I will supply the test changes.
