OpenCart VQMod Backend user and calendar - repost

I require a VQ Mod for open cart version 1.5.5.1 My budget is limited at €150 but I will have future projects so there is a lot more potential. I require all products to have a calendar on the product page. The calendar has available dates (shaded in green) and the customer must choose one of these dates. There will be a limited number of deliveries available per date so this must decrease with each purchase. I also require the manufacturer to be able to log in to the admin section and see their products only. They may edit price, available dates, description and a few other fields. All other fields will not be visible. I also require a tab in the manufacturer backend to edit a few variables. I will add each manufacturer as a user but it is important that they may view/edit their products only. It is also from the back end where the available dates will be added. The manufacturer can also specify how many deliveries are available for each date. After the product is purchased with a date selected, an e-mail is sent to admin and the manufacturer specifying the product and delivery date. This should give you a good idea of my requirements. I am looking to get this project started as soon as possible.
