I need a fairly simple online project management database for a design company the system needs to be able to
add/edit /assign projects
add/edit assign tasks
add/edit notes on projects/tasks
create purchase orders that can be emailed to suppliers as pdf format
track/report on projects
track/report on tasks
track /report on employees and the status of their projects/tasks
track/ report on status of purchase orders / delivered / paid etc.
general reports on the overall status of projects tasks orders etc.
I dont want something that is going to be over complicated and going to take lots of time to administer, this needs to help manage and save time not to add more time to the day to day tasks.
Will probably wish to add more features in time.
