Simple PHP Script required

I would like to have similar script with more graphical front end. It should be able to do following in the back end:

1. Add/Remove category/account type

2. Ability to choose empty fields or populated fields from some data source

3. Ability to change the price of accounts and min./max. order

4. Discount Coupon option

5. PayPal payments based on after discount

6. Should be able to work successfully under on Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 6 & 8, Safari 3.1, and Netscape 9
