This script should check following points for an user and should do a php redirect if one of the following 3 points apply:
- The script should check if the user uses a proxy or reroutes connection in any form (it should not be possible to bypass that)
- The script should check if the user does not reside in some predefined countries (it should not be possible to bypass that.)
- The script should check if the IP of the user matches with any of an mysql table.
The script should work for hostmonster shared hosting at all events. Meeting the deadline (your specified time-frame) is a must.
