We want the following features added to the website
1) Chat Box (so that people visiting the website are given the option to chat with a support agent)
2) Integrate Zoho Support with Website (so that visitors can check the status of their request from the website; this will involve using Zoho Support API and configuring it to retrieve the relevant fields)
3) Adding a Web to Request from in the website. (again, a feature that Zoho Support offers; basic config required)
4) A password protected page where customers can log in and see, edit certain details regarding their request. Any edit should be updated to Zoho Support (Zoho provides the entire process and method for this)
5) Adding a feedback/discussion page to the website where visitors can post comments and reply to threads
6) Some basic redesign of the products page - the current page is a display page where we list all products. We want the customer to be able to zero in on the relevant product by asking him a couple of relevant questions.
The name of the website will be shared with interested bidders.
