Website Restructuring

Currently, we already have a demo website built, but it needs restructuring and editing, even though all the core functionalities are already present. We need a freelancer who will do several things:
Integrate all pre-made designs into web page
Integrate the BBS database with our site's database
Beautify and modify teacher listings, basing it off our design.
Edit the expandable FAQ section based on a template we have in mind
Add social network sharing functionalities
We would like to know if it's possible for you to edit our current code, or whether it would be easier to start from scratch. The first option is largely preferred.
