Windows Desktop Data Capture Application to run of Windows 7 / 8 OS to capture employee Start and End of work, data to be export via FTP to our server, we would much rather a JAVA Application which would allow easy software updates when the need arises. The use of Webcam to capture Barcode and QR Codes a must. SQL Lite is the preferred database to store employees name and records.

Note: Good GUI Design Skills a must.
