I have currently developed a MS Word template that auto populates linked Text Fields and calculations from an Excel spreadsheet.
The Excel Worksheet contains drop-down descriptions and calculates 10 repayment options.
Previously, all 'Options Letters' were produced manually.
Initially, I would like a web based 'freeware' solution that will potential evolve into a sophisticated subscription based portal for Australia Broker and Credit intermediaries. Each company will require different products and associated calculations.
The first production will need drop-down selections with the ability to edit some text descriptions and over ride pricing, prior to producing a page letter.
product selection, customer and vehicle details will migrate into Page 1 and 3, with weekly repayments & residual generated on Page 3. Motor Vehicle Insurance needs to migrate onto Page 2.
I am concerned that freelancer's will not be able to realise the formula's. These have been pulled from various excel files from over the past 2 years.
So...... as a consequence, a 50% benchmark installment will be paid upon confirmation the all formulas are correct.
Importantly, you must be available for the second and third phase of development.
