Taking 100% of payments online. Currently accept 5% deposit and take remainding 95% offline. Is it possible to take part payments as a % of outstanding balance and as free typed figure (eg, the customer wants to pay off £200).
Customers log in and select on average 4.8 activities after they have paid their deposit for an adventure tour online. In the backend of Zencart, the subsequent addition of activities shows up as a seperate invoice for each purchase. Does this mean the customer needs to pay off each seperate invoice if I take 100% of payments online or can these invoices for paid together?
Travel Agency management - need agencies to book customers on to tours and not pay a deposit as payments are managed monthly offline for agencies - not via the website. Agencies need to
be sourced against agency and consultant.
I also need a system where by each adventure tour dates has a set number of seat solds per tour. I know by
adding a new category for each tour date is a solution though this is time consuming as I have 4-6 departures a month. Any other way to ensure only 15 people book against a specific tour date where I have 2 years of dates running off one category?
I also would like someone that would learn the basics of my business to work with them to ensure we maximise the functionality of zencart.
