Paypal and Onebip IPN

Job Description:

I'm looking for someone who can create an IPN for both Paypal and Onebip.

I want it so that the user can donate to my website via Paypal or Onebip, and it will convert the amount donated to give them the correct amount of the special currency as a reward.

For 1 USD the user gets 5 MiiGems which is the site's currency.

This project is doing TWO IPNs, and the bidder must be able to do BOTH not just one.

I would like this done sooner than later, but I don't mind waiting as long as the job gets done.

My budget for this project is 32 dollars, as that is the amount in my account and I don't have anymore to transfer.
