We currently have a website: www.wowvpn.net.
New members signup via an external form linked to paypal, we get emailed the details and payment confirmation then manually add new members into a MySQL database and manually email them their details.
Existing members can login to the member portal and extend their subscription via a PHP page linked to Paypal which in turn updates the subscription end date in the MySQL database.
1. We would like to make new member signup's automated by having a signup page linked to Paypal which updates the existing database and auto emails customers their user details.
2. What we would also like the new signup page to do is check to see if an existing username is in the database so that the same username cannot be used twice, but we do not want any changes made to the existing db schema as we have 2 servers which speak to the same db for authenticating username/passwords/subscription end date.
3. We would also like the member portal payment page redesigned to look similar to the new signup page. We currently use PayPal's default page which sometimes confuses members as the 'Login to Paypal' section is more prominent than the 'Use your credit card or bank account' section. We would like to have 'pay using your credit card' to be more visible.
The existing external signup form we use is here:

Enter some random signup info to be taken to the payment page, if we can get the new signup page and the member subscription renewal page looking similar that would be ideal.
As long as we can get the basic pages up we can make them look pretty ourselves.
4. The 'My Details' page on the Member Portal is broken, currently when members update their details the DB is not updates and the page goes blank when you press 'Save'. We would like this to fix this if possible.
Below is a link to the Member Portal, you can enter the username and password: test/test.

The last thing to mention is there are 3 versions of the signup page and member portal, depending on where the visitor is located we have some gio-location code in place to forward visitors to a pounds, euros or dollars signup/renewal pages. We can currently accept payments in these three currencies using paypal so we would like to continue doing this. We know this part is pretty easy as the pages are identical apart from the unique currency code.
Thanks for reading and we hope to hear from your soon.
