I have a script, but need tweeking, adding layout/ adding stuff/ fixing - name your price

I have the open source my community script, but need it to look like, or have certain features, like myspace. ( it does most, so take a look at the script and tell me what you think)

here is the changes :
- have stuff like myspace features ( already found in the script)
-I would like the navigation to be like myspace and the layout, look, navigatin and colors more like [url removed, login to view] on the top,
-I would like to add ( a free open source bible)
- I would like to add free (open source WYSIWYG html editor like fck, etc.. ) so members can use it when doing profile, blog, post, and so can the admin edit stuff.
- There should be a small page in navigation for admin to post announcements, news and information, etc..
-I would like to have a dating in it where you can only choose to break the ice, and if the guy says yes they can chat about it or message each others.
-I also would like to have moderators accounts, and they can delete, censor any post in the forum, and in any blog or words profile, plus they can delete profiles, also they can warn ( a button on each post and profile will appear to moderators account so they can censor it or delete it once they see it) -Also there should be a censor box to censor words, -also the forum should have a search function.
I would like it to have a layout like [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]
the banner system should be designed to take html ( like adsense) or image with url banners with one banner on top that can take any size, one banner on the side, and a rectangle banner ( will tell you were to insert at the end)
-Also the profile should look like xanga ( ablog with photos ) and on the right side there should be two small boxes one for friends, and one for comments where it shows only the last three friends and the last three comments, and when you click on one it'll direct you to a page showing comments only, and if you click on friends it'll show friends only. the script should have the basic functions like add freinds, invite, etc... it also should have a function to subscribe to the same page for the blog like with xanga.
can you do these modifications. Your script supposely does many of these, but needs tweeking, adding an open source blog cms, adding little stuff, and layout.
