Need a Script Created

This project requires the creation/generation of a script. The programmer will need knowledge of cookies, redirects, as well as form processing. This will only be given to an individual who shows excellent programming ability. The script will need to work in both server environments (linux and windows). All rights will be the property of me. There will be two acceptable areas of development for this script, either as a script to be installed on someone's hosting server or, a software installation direct to someone's computer. The first is the preferred method. I had someone working on this who did not complete the job to my satisfaction and was overpriced to say the least. The programmer selected for this job will undoubtably have several others I am working on. Details will be given to the top 3 considered providers. I will then need to see a mock sample of how you will complete this task. Good luck and I look forward to working with the selected provider in the future as well.
