Please read as per below mentioned points.
1) User Enters values in a Web based Form
a) Form Enteries are auto populated from database based on selection from user like Dropdown selection for Product Group then catagory then Item list e.g : Product Group HP Catagory Printers and Item List as Printer Model Nos.
b) Form Entries are assisted wtih user preference like if wnats to add more line items, then the web form should accomodoate as many as user entries as the user wishes.
c) The User Entries in the fields and the Webform is emailed to various email destinations.
d) The Enteries of the webform are stored in a database.
e) A Lister or detailed Order List ( a seperate webpage) should be made to call all the enteries from database. The List should have line wise options to display-not display that line, complete-not complete that line items list... etc.
f) Should be able to download the data in CSV or XML format.
