Paper trading website

I am looking to set up a paper trading website. It will be a subscription website. The major work will be in creating an online paper trading system. Each individual subscriber will have their own paper trading account where they will be able to track specific commodities and have a mock account where they can place paper trades and have their accounts updated when the market changes each day.
