Part-time PHP Work (Joomla/ZenCart)

I have a position for a part-time PHP programmer. In order to apply for this position you must be very familiar with the Joomla CMS as well as the many modules that exist for it. You would be expected to install joomla, install and modify several templates, modify much of joomla’s functionality in order for it to suit our needs, install and customize several community modules, test and retest the sites functionality, and possibly develop custom modules as needed. We are also starting an e-commerce store using zen-cart that will be mainly used for downloadable files. We will need someone that is able to customize this as well to suit our needs. We are looking for someone who is very attentive to details. Someone who is able to install an open-source script, integrate it with our current website and significantly test it and modify it before launching it on our website. For this position too, we are looking for someone that can communicate well and will frequently document all work that’s being done and is finished. These are ongoing projects and we will need someone that wants to possibly work with us as a long term commitment. I’m looking for one or two people that can work approximately 4-5 hours a day or 20-25 hours a week. The work hours are flexible and you can work from where ever you wish practically any hours you wish as well (daytime/nighttime). You will just need to document your progress and hours worked. I will pay via escrow for 1 week of work to test your skill and see if you are a right fit for the position. If it all works out well, and both parties are content, I will continue to pay on a weekly basis for work done. Note: Becuase I am working for a non-profit organization, the budget is also a very important factor. Lower bids will be favored. I'm also glad to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to ask.
