140706 Avi audio changer Script

I dont even know if this is possible but here goes...... I need a script to do this. a short video clip (30 sec) is chosen by user on the site and then the audio track is chosen(same length as the video) The script has to copy the movie clip then add the audio track and encode it. Let me know what you think
