CGI or Perl Mailer Form

Hello coders ... I need a mailer script using CGI or Perl with MySQL database . First please look at the picture attached with this bid. - From (email): "the sende email" - From (name): "the sender name" - Subject: "the email subject" - The big textarea is for the body msg. - Text / HTML : "the email type" - Table: "the table name in the database , this will let the script choose the emails addresses from the table specified". Loop: "The number of emails to be sent in each cycle" Password: "password protect the script from unauthorized access" , this should be saved in the script files and not to be appear from the client side. There will be 2 tables in the database, the first one contains the emails , each email has an id. the second table is to save the infomation above inside it. - First table name : emails ( id , email ) . - Second table name : info ( id , fromemail , fromname , subject , body , type , tablename , loop , pass ) . Please dont creat the database , they are already created and iam using php script , the idea i need a new script in CGI or Perl to send emails. The script i want it contains 4 files as following : 1) [login to view URL] : will have the form as in the pictures attached. 2) [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] : this will get the information from the [login to view URL] and store it in the database in info table ( update not insert ). 3) [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] : this will start sending emails, the file must get email info from the info table in each cycle. 4) [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] : this will be called in each cycle to make timer between each cycle ( the timer make it to be changable number ). [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] will have id called 'num' like this: ex : [login to view URL] , it will be return to [login to view URL] to tell it to from where to start.
