I wish to develop an online community website for my country.

I want a clone of www.cuteandsingle.com.

However I dont want it to concentrate mainly on dating. I wish it to be a community where people can register and find friends. the rest is up to them while they interact, so no promotion what so ever of sex on the site. Should include chat also.
