hostbully

I want a compelete 100% clone of http://www.fireballhosting.com. I am trying to start my own hosting website and need some help making the site. I want everything they have. Exactly the same.

Same design, backend, database, EVERYTHING. I want a custom logo. The name the hosting company that I am creating is called hostbully. So with the logo I want it to say (We Won't Bully You! ) for the slogan on the logo. This should not be that hard really , because all you have to is copy everything. You must also tell me what they use to process payment and use to bill there clients. I pay for whatever they use. I think they use a program called modernbill. Im on a tight budget so go easy.
