Modify a contribution in OsCommerce

(Actually the operating system is Unix). OsCommerce has been installed on my web host's server, and I need an oscommerce contribution to be modified and installed. Currently, the way oscommerce is set up gives customers two options: log in, or sign up to be a member. I don't want my customers to have to sign or log in at all, in fact, I want to take away their ability to do so. I'm using 2Checkout for credit card processing, and I want the customer to be routed directly to 2Checkout's secure server and ONLY enter their personal information there--not on my server. I don't want to keep customers' info in my database, and I only want customers to type in their info one time--on 2Checkout's server. Currently the only contribution that has been created that is anything close to what I'm looking for is called "Purchase Without Account". The contribution gives customers three choices:
1)Proceed Directly to Checkout without an account
2)Create a New Account
3)Login to Existing Account
I'd like this contribution modified so that customers can't login or create a new account...they simply proceed directly to checkout without an account. There are perl and php connection strings in my MySQL account maintenance. I'm not a coder and I don't know what is involved in this project. I can't pay more than $60, so please let me know if it will be more, and maybe down the road I will be able to pay more. I need it to be set up so that customers' don't have to enter any information at all, until they arrive at 2Checkout's server. I don't know if that is actually the case with the "no account" option in this contribution. I'm just assuming it's the case. I don't really know anything about this contribution, except that it appears to be something that could be modified to give me the results I'm seeking. If that's not the case, I hope you will let me know. I'm uploading the oscommerce contribution that needs to be modified. I would like my site to be completely set up with this modification in place.
