startup VOIP company with active Asterisk PBX's and Trixbox on board seeks to have a complete end user and management web portal designed to offer the sales and control of VOIP products to include Voicemail - Unified Messaging, FAX, Toll Free numbers, IP-PBX, Call forwarding and Voip billing. We wish to offer services similar to those provided by "American Voicemail" "Voicemail Depot" "Ring Central" and "Grasshopper" Will discuss exact needs prior to initiation of project. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
