24977 Newsletter system for website

Looking for an existing newsletter system (php or perl) which you have NOW, and which you are thoroughly familiar with for purposes of customization. This will be for my website. Newletter script can be one free on [login to view URL] or elsewhere. Just be well versed in the code and have a working demo. I am well able to find a script on there myself and install/modify it but my time for coding/customization is limited which is why I am posting this project. Main features needed: 1) Have user signup quickly by entering their email, etc 2) Auto send the user a preset greeting after they signup 3) Have user then autosent the most recent newsletter 4) Needs admin functionality to be able to configure all of the above, to update the newsletter, schedule delivery, few signups Please direct any q's on PMB
